For Del fans, this 12” or CD probably graces your collection. Good Times by New Kingdom (Jason Furlow & Sebastian Laws) was released by Gee Street, a label based in London and founded by Richie Rich and Jon Baker. Formerly home to Stereo MC's, P.M. Dawn, Jungle Brothers and others.
In February 1991, Gee Street re-upped a licensing partnership with Island Records and opened a US office in the Island Records building in New York. Richard Branson purchased the label in 1996, and it became a subsidiary of V2 Records. Spawning more underground artists like Ninety-Nine & subsidiaries like Mr. Bongo Records and more.
